1 Discovery
First of all, we carry out a needs analysis. Depending on the scope of the project, this can be in the form of interviews, workshops and/or comprehensive inventories.
2 Define
In the second step, we define a common project goal and the measures and requirements necessary to achieve it. From this point onwards, we are in a position to offer an agile fixed-price quotation for implementation on request.
3 Development
In the third and most important step, we implement the previously defined measures together with your team. We ensure optimal bidirectional knowledge transfer through 100% transparency, iterative reviews and pair programming sessions.
4 Delivery
At the end of the project, a comprehensive handover takes place. Depending on the scope of the project, the handover takes the form of individual training, documentation and/or technical acceptance.
